Key Concepts
Pour
A Pour is a scheduled concrete placement event. Each pour specifies:- Location – Where on the job site
- Mix Design – The concrete specification
- Volume – Cubic yards required
- Date/Time – When the pour is scheduled
Mix Design
The specification for the concrete, including:- Strength (PSI)
- Slump
- Aggregate size
- Admixtures
- Special requirements (fiber, color, etc.)
Creating a Concrete Commitment
Adding Mix Designs

- Name – Descriptive name (e.g., “4000 PSI Slab Mix”)
- Strength – PSI rating
- Slump – Consistency specification
- Price per CY – Committed price per cubic yard

- Location – Where on site (e.g., “Building A, Level 2 Slab”)
- Volume – Estimated cubic yards
- Date – Scheduled pour date
- Start Time – When trucks should arrive

View all scheduled pours in calendar format:- Daily View – See all pours for a specific day

Handling Changes
Rescheduling Pours
To move a pour to a different date:- Open the pour
- Click Reschedule
- Select new date and time
- Notify vendor of change
Adjusting Volumes
If pour requirements change:- Open the pour
- Update the estimated volume
- Notify vendor if significant change
- Track actual vs. estimated after pour
